➡️Each week you are given a set of 3, 20-30 min workouts that you can do at home built with 3 key components of optimal health/results in mind: FUNCTION, STRENGTH/MUSCLE BUILDING, and FAT LOSS. (time varies based on physical level of fitness but there will be modifications and advancements given)
➡️One fun healthy recipe for each day of the program to make so you walk away with 21 new healthy yummy fun recipes.
➡️Basic nutrition guide provided at the beginning with custom tailored guidance throughout the 4 weeks.
➡️Inspiration, motivation, accountability, and support pertaining to the weekly intention set forth to uplevel your mindset, identity, and self love so when it comes to getting the inner work done you do it with the support of myself and all the other amazing souls joining us.

(Okay some won’t but the best growth requires us to go through the darkness, see the things we don’t want to see, and release the limiting beliefs that have subconsciously been weighing us down for far too long—good news is you’ll have me helping you through this process)
