The event is marketed toward competitors and aspiring competitors. If you live a lifestyle focused on your fitness, health, and aesthetics then you will 100% be able to relate. If you are trying to love your body more, improve your mindset, develop a healthy relationship with food, move past the struggle that comes from expectations, labels, and identities within the fitness industry then you will absolutely benefit from being in this room. Please keep in mind, the language used at the event will be geared to the competitors there, but I will always make clarifications for non-competitors.
Can I bring a friend?
If you think your friend would benefit from joining you please send them a link to this page to purchase their ticket. Only ticket holders will be allowed into the event venue. All tickets must be purchased to reserve seat ahead of time.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
All tickets must be purchased to reserve seat ahead of time. No tickets will be sold on day of the event. Celeste uses the ticket money to purchase your workbook and reserve a venue. If you do not buy a ticket in advance you will not have a seat at the event.
Will I be refunded if I don't show up?
All ticket sales are final.
When do we start?
We start right at 9 and end right at 2. Come a little early to be there when we start.
Are there any breaks?
One break will be given in the middle of the event. You can eat, step outside, take calls or do whatever you need to do during the event. You will get the most out of the event the more you are in the room, of course. It is best to be respectful of others time and attention by limiting distractions.
What should I bring?
I will provide everything you need aside from main meals / food. Once you sign up you will be alerted with updates via email. When we get super lucky we have sponsors who contribute some treats too! Bring your open mind, heart, and willingness to support others. You will also want to bring your phone to connect with others or document anything, a good sense of humor, wallet for opportunities, water, maybe mints, and the rest you can just ask me if you will need it lol.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable with that will allow you to be fully present without distraction to yourself or others. Know that there might be cameras there documenting the experience so if this influences your decision, then it may matter to you but it doesn't matter to me how you come :)
